Same day dispatch if order and  payment is received before 2pm  
We mainly use  Royal Mail and Whistle for most of the order weight less than 2KG.  Usually it will be sent via 
Yodel (3 to 5 working days) if the  weight of the order is over 2kg and use Ukmail or UPS if  customer paid 
express courier charges (1 to 2 working  days).
Surcharges  are applied to Zone 2 (Highlands and Islands of Scotland) and Zone 3  (Northern Ireland,  Isle of
 Man & Isles of  Scilly). However if your order weighs less than 2kg, we will refund you  the surcharge).
If your order is more than 2kg please ask for tracking number after 24hours of your purchase.
