| FEDEX | If your order is greater than £17 then your parcel will be sent via Fedex. This next day delivery service takes 1 to 2 working days. |
Other Policies
| MISSING ITEMS | If you haven’t received your item within eBay time frame, we request you to check with your postman, neighbor or in shed or porch in your house in the bin or behind the bin, sometimes postman left parcels in such places. |

| RETURN POLICY | If any of the customers want to return us the item, it can only happen within 28 days after the dispatch date. |
| While using eBay return, Please fill up Notes box with all details and the reason. All items must be return unused, in original condition and packaging. | |
